You’ll notice that many of the photos below share the same background — that’s because they were taken during a 4-week in-person meditation course I led in Dubai. It was a deeply transformative experience for everyone involved, and I’m so grateful to have captured those moments.

Since then, I’ve continued to teach this meditation method privately to clients around the world. While many of them prefer to keep their journeys personal and anonymous, a few have generously shared their experiences here.
