Born and raised in Dubai, I grew up not just with a deep love for learning, inspired by my grandfather and family, but also a strong desire to make my mark on the world. Like many others, I thought the path to fulfillment was paved with external success — so I pursued it fully. I studied in Ottawa, earned my undergraduate degree, then returned to Dubai to begin my corporate journey. Later, I moved to Canada again to complete my MBA, eventually building a career in Toronto with dreams of becoming a VP or CEO.
From the outside, I was thriving. But inside, something felt off.
After more than a decade in the corporate world, the pressure, pace, and constant striving started to wear me down. I felt disconnected — from myself, from the present moment, from a sense of peace. It became clear that the life I was building looked “successful” but didn’t feel fulfilling. I was caught in a race I no longer wanted to run.
So, I paused everything. I used my savings to travel across South America and Southeast Asia, seeking answers. That journey led me to Bali and India, where I completed certifications in yoga and meditation — and where I finally found what I didn’t even know I’d been searching for: stillness, release, healing, clarity, and the power of presence. At first, it was just a tool - a way to cope...to manage the emotional noise. But then it became something much more. Meditation helped me bridge the gap between honoring where I come from and expanding into who I was (and am) becoming. It didn't pull me away from my roots - it brought me closer, but in a freer, more expansive way🌌
Through the meditation practices I learned (and now teach), I began to see clearly: the real storm wasn’t outside of me — it was within. And that meant I had the power to calm it. Meditation helped me shift from reaction to reflection. I stopped letting the outside world control my inner state, and I began to anchor into something far more stable: awareness. It was the most liberating realization of my life — to know that nothing “out there” could make or break me. Everything I needed was already inside me.
Since 2016, I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation to people who, like I once was, are anxious, overwhelmed, and constantly “on.” I’ve worked with clients and students from all walks of life and witnessed incredible transformations. And the more I taught, the more I knew I had to share this work in a bigger way.
That’s why I created my online meditation course — to help others discover what I did: that peace isn’t something you chase. It’s something you return to.

Meditation didn’t just help me find inner peace — it helped me break free from patterns that had been passed down through generations.
Like many of us, I carried emotional weight that wasn’t entirely mine… beliefs, wounds, and expectations inherited over time. Through this practice, I began to see what I was holding onto — and more importantly, what I no longer needed to carry.
With each breath and moment of stillness, I released what wasn’t serving me — old pain, limiting stories, and layers of emotional baggage.
That created space.
Space to heal.
Space to see myself clearly.
And ultimately… space to welcome love into my life.
It was only after doing this deep inner work that I met the man of my dreams, the man who would become my husband. Not from a place of needing someone to complete me — but from a place of wholeness.
This journey changed everything for me — not just how I related to myself, but how I related to love, partnership, and life itself.
