Hi, I'm Maysoon
Since 2016, I’ve been teaching ancient meditation techniques & practices - that I've been fortunate enough to learn (and that have been passed on from teachers & Gurus before me) - to people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or just tired of the noise — because I’ve been there too. The feedback from my clients was astonishing & uplifting, and I knew I had to share this practice in a much bigger way.
Born and raised in Dubai, I worked my way up the corporate ladder across Dubai, Montreal and Toronto, with an MBA and even bigger career goals.
But after over a decade in the corporate world, something in me knew there had to be more. So I stepped away — traveling through South America and Southeast Asia, eventually landing in Bali and India… where I found yoga, meditation, and a sense of peace I never knew I was missing.
