âDo I need prior meditation experience?
Not at all.
This course was designed for both beginners and those whoâve tried meditation but struggled to keep it going. And for the curious soul who may have explored other meditation styles and feel called to try something new. Whether you're just starting out or already have some experience, you're welcome here. Iâll guide you step-by-stepâfrom the very basics to more refined inner practicesâso you feel supported the whole way & you're never left guessing. This journey is about making meditation feel natural, personal, and sustainable, even if nothing else has worked for you. It's less about what you've done before and more about being open to a new way of connecting within

âWhatâs the difference between this course and guided apps?
Guided apps help you relax. This course teaches you how to meditateâon your own.
Instead of relying on someone elseâs voice or script, youâll learn powerful tools to guide yourself. This is about building true independence in your practice, so you can sit anywhere, anytime, and drop inânaturally. Youâre not just being guided; youâre learning a lifelong skill that empowers you to navigate stress and overwhelm from the inside out.

âWhat MAKES this course DIFFERENT?
This course emphasizes self-sufficiency, and the ongoing life sessions for a year, as well as lifetime access to the course content, set it apart. This is a mentorship-style container, not just a DIY course.

â How much time do I need?
Just 10â20 minutes a day.
Each lesson is short and focused. The course is flexible and designed to fit real life, not disrupt it. You can go at your own pace, and the tools youâll learn can even be integrated into your daily lifeâwhile walking, commuting, or waiting in line. It will allow time for practice, reflection, and integrationâwithout feeling like âanother thing on your to-do list.â For practice lessons (which will be marked - so you can plan in advance), I recommend to make sure you'll be in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.

â What if I canât keep up?
Thatâs completely okayâand expected. Life happens.
If you're feeling like you can't keep up, then slow down. Thatâs part of the process. The course is built with self-compassion in mind. Youâll have replays, downloadable materials, and the option to revisit practices as needed.
Youâll also get live Zoom sessions twice a month for a full year. These arenât just check-insâtheyâre your anchor. Theyâll keep you accountable, supported, & inspired throughout your journey. I know how easy it is to start strong and then drift away, especially when life gets busy. Thatâs why these sessions are so important. You wonât be doing this alone. Weâll meet for live guided meditations, Q&A sessions, and deep dives into both the course material and new layers of the techniquesâthings that go beyond whatâs in the videos. Think of it as having a mentor in your corner, plus a like-minded community walking the path with you. Itâs consistent support, right when you need it most.
Plus, this isnât about perfectionâitâs about awareness & consistency. Even small efforts add up to meaningful change. This isnât a race. Youâre not behindâyouâre exactly where you need to be.

â How long do I have access?
Forever.
Once you enroll, the course is yours for life. You get lifetime access, so you can revisit lessons and return to the content whenever you need, whether itâs a week, a year, or five years from now.
