❓Do I need prior meditation experience?
Not at all.
This course was designed for both beginners and those who’ve tried meditation but struggled to keep it going. And for the curious soul who may have explored other meditation styles and feel called to try something new. Whether you're just starting out or already have some experience, you're welcome here. I’ll guide you step-by-step—from the very basics to more refined inner practices—so you feel supported the whole way & you're never left guessing. This journey is about making meditation feel natural, personal, and sustainable, even if nothing else has worked for you. It's less about what you've done before and more about being open to a new way of connecting within
❓What’s the difference between this course and guided apps?
Guided apps help you relax. This course teaches you how to meditate—on your own.
Instead of relying on someone else’s voice or script, you’ll learn powerful tools to guide yourself. This is about building true independence in your practice, so you can sit anywhere, anytime, and drop in—naturally. You’re not just being guided; you’re learning a lifelong skill that empowers you to navigate stress and overwhelm from the inside out.
âť“ How much time do I need?
Just 10–20 minutes a day.
Each lesson is short and focused. The course is flexible and designed to fit real life, not disrupt it. You can go at your own pace, and the tools you’ll learn can even be integrated into your daily life—while walking, commuting, or waiting in line. It will allow time for practice, reflection, and integration—without feeling like “another thing on your to-do list.” For practice lessons (which will be marked - so you can plan in advance), I recommend to make sure you'll be in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.
❓ What if I can’t keep up?
That’s completely okay—and expected. Life happens.
If you're feeling like you can't keep up, then slow down. That’s part of the process. The course is built with self-compassion in mind. You’ll have replays, downloadable materials, and the option to revisit practices as needed.
You’ll also get live Zoom sessions twice a month for a full year. These aren’t just check-ins—they’re your anchor. They’ll keep you accountable, supported, & inspired throughout your journey. I know how easy it is to start strong and then drift away, especially when life gets busy. That’s why these sessions are so important. You won’t be doing this alone. We’ll meet for live guided meditations, Q&A sessions, and deep dives into both the course material and new layers of the techniques—things that go beyond what’s in the videos. Think of it as having a mentor in your corner, plus a like-minded community walking the path with you. It’s consistent support, right when you need it most.
Plus, this isn’t about perfection—it’s about awareness & consistency. Even small efforts add up to meaningful change. This isn’t a race. You’re not behind—you’re exactly where you need to be.
âť“ How long do I have access?
Forever.
Once you enroll, the course is yours for life. You get lifetime access, so you can revisit lessons and return to the content whenever you need, whether it’s a week, a year, or five years from now.
